About us

Shades of Change is a dedicated student/alumni led organization designed to advocate for a kinder, more respectful environment for people of colour and providing support to those affected by racial discrimination.

Our goal is to raise and build awareness initiatives, to propose and create racial discrimination courses and programs, and to advocate for inclusion of anti-racism training as mandatory upon hiring for any leadership roles at the university/student-led organizations.
